Tiger Basketball weekly schedule for fall workouts:
Monday: Open Gym 7pm – 9pm @ PHSC
Tuesday: Lifting/Conditioning 3:15pm – 5:30pm (Meet at track)
Wednesday: Open Gym 7pm – 9pm @ PHSC
Thursday: Lifting/Conditioning 3:15pm – 5:30pm (Meet at track)
First time participants must bring a waiver form signed by parents and all students participating must submit their COVID19 symptom google form daily BEFORE starting workouts.
